    Interview Teaser

Yen Nguyen is an LGBTI activist from Vietnam. She started working as a volunteer almost ten years ago, organizing a group of activists through online forums, and this project later developed into one of the most important LGBTI-focused NGOs in Vietnam. Yen says that the country still lacks information and knowledge about sexual diversity, and she is actively working to change this – with journalists, teachers, students, parents and the LGBTI community itself. Yen has shared with us her personal stories about coming-out, parenting, and what it’s like to be a lesbian woman in Vietnam.
